We would both like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone at BA Habitat. Having just returned from Buenos Aires this morning, we are experiencing the usual post-travel blues. Part of our amazing memories of BA, include the outstanding services provided by everyone involved with your company, from Tina, who answered all of our e-mail correspondences promptly, to Nicholas who met us at the apartment, as well as the young man who checked us out (can't remember his name, sorry). All acted in a very professional manner and we will have no qualms about recommending your firm to our friends and family in the future. Last, but certainly not least, kudos to the apartment owner, Alejandro, whose friendly manner and enthusiasm made us feel "at home" the moment we stepped through the door. I wanted to send a quick email to thank Buenos Aires Habitat for the apartment rental at Alcorta Ave. The apartment was as lovely as the online photographs. I can't say enough good things about renting through Buenos Aires Habitat!!! I had escaped to Buenos Aires from Santa Barbara, California, at the last second and decided to rent an apartment after my arrival in BA and several days in a hotel. I dealt with Habitat entirely online and found them to be very timely and courteous. I loved my apartment in Recoleta on Montevideo and stayed there for two weeks. Two weeks in BA is about perfect as you can see most of the major sites and get away to Igauzu and Colonia de Sacramento. Enjoy your trip.

Renting at Buenos Aires Habitat has been an extremely pleseant experience which we can recommend to everyone who plans to go to Buenos Aires and wants to have his own appartement for that time. What you see on the internet is what you get, people are friendly and extremely cooperative and if a problem occurs you can be sure it will be solved. Super!

I have just left Buenos Aires after three years. Over my stay I lived in three different apartments. All were arranged through Buenos Aires Habitat. I was very happy with all three apartments. The service that Buenos Aires Habitat provided me throughout was excellent and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for accommodation in this wonderful city.

Booking an apartment for 5 months which I had only seen photos of was perhaps a bit of a risk, but as soon as I saw the building and the area any doubts I had were gone. The studio was exactly as portrayed in the photos, everything listed in the itinerary was or at least looked brand new. In five months absolutely nothing went wrong, which in my experience is very unusual! One thing which really impressed me was that It was made very clear that there would be construction work going on around the building- the kind of thing others estate agents might try and keep quiet. The price was even lowered to compensate for any inconvenience. Overall it has been undoubtedly the best 5 months of my life and I'm truly sad to be going home. Next year I'm coming back for good!

What a find: we were so pleased with our first apartment experience! Reservations via email were a snap: good thorough information which later appeared to very accurately reflect our lovely lodgings. The welcome person was friendly, efficient and funny and got us set up in no time. The apartment was well furnished (inlcuding travel books and the the notebook re: surroundings, tips, etc) and we did not find ourselves wanting in any category. The area--Recolata--is a perfect location,too. We'll be back! Thanks.
