The traditional neighborhood San Telmo with its narrow cobbled streets and big mansions is crowded with restaurants, bars and tango venues and especially popular with artists and tango lovers.
The apartment offers accommodation for up to three people as well as the comfort of Highspeed internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning (hot / cold), Cable TV (29”) and complementary cleaning service once per week. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

-LIVINGROOM WITH DINING AREA: the bright living room has been decorated with a comfortable sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, Cable TV (29”) and music equipment. There is also a dining table with six chairs. Air conditioning (hot / cold). Access to the patio.

-BEDROOM: The bedroom area is located upstairs and is equipped with a queen size bed (1.60 x 2.00), two night tables and reading lamps. Closet. Cement floors.

-BATHROOM: located on the upper floor, the bathroom is complete with bathtub. Hairdryer.

-KITCHEN: the kitchen is facing the patio and fully equipped with fridge with freezer, microwave, electric toaster, electric coffeemaker and complete tableware for 6 persons.

-TERRACE: the beautiful terrace on the 3rd floor is equipped with sunbeds, a table for 6, sun umbrella, barbeque and several plants.
