This is a bright and spacious one bedroom apartment with wooden floors in a top end building. There is a pool as well as a gym on the last floor with an incredible view over Recoleta. The building also offers laundry facilities and security 24 hours. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Recoleta neighborhood on Callao Avenue which crosses it from East to West. You can walk down it up to Libertador Avenue, stopping on the many bars and shop windows. If you prefer to walk down Melo on the other sense, you get right to the Recoleta Cemetery and all the interesting places that surround it.

- LIVING ROOM: Lots of light, white walls and furniture with some color details make this apartment very homey. There is a comfortable two seat sofa, a coffee table and a banquette. In front there is a flat screen TV (40”) on another piece of furniture with cases.

- DINING AREA: With a very original marble-top table with iron legs, it has chairs for four. The built in shelves made of wood give a warm touch as well as the color of the objects on them.
