This newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment located in a Palermo two story building is a real oasis in the city. It has a large terrace with a wooden deck surrounded by a bamboo cane fence. In it, the typical “parrrilla” where to cook our tasty meat or just sit and enjoy our sunny weather all the year-round. Both the living room and bedroom have a marvelous view to this terrace, which looks on the back of the building.

Located in the small apartment building (only six units) on a quiet dead end street keeps the city noises out while being conveniently located near buses and subways. This apt. unit occupies the first floor (second floor in the US) and is reached via a staircase (there is no elevator). The local neighborhood includes restaurants, shops and many other amenities and is within walking distance of Alto Palermo for trendy shopping and the Boulevard Charcas – a joint of the intellectual - full of sidewalks caffés where people read while enjoying the sun.

- LIVING AND DINING ROOM: Contemporary style with modern furnishings and fully equipped. Neutral colors for the furniture: an off-white two-seat couch and two dark brown armchairs, the same as the wooden and glass coffee table and another one against the wall and below a colorful picture. Bright colors in cushions and carpet. In contrast, the dining table and four chairs are modern, made of metal and glass.

- TERRACE: the delightful terrace with wooden deck is surrounded by a bamboo cane fence and bathed in sunshine throughout the day. You would never know that you were in the city on this quiet terrace. It is equipped with a cushioned couch and two cushioned arm chairs, a coffee table with a large retractable umbrella to keep you out of the sun. A great place to have your morning coffee or read a good book when you are not seeing the city. There is also a separate table with four chairs and umbrella to enjoy the meal that you cooked on your ¨parrilla¨ where you can enjoy a great barbeque.

- BEDROOMS: Each room is bathed in natural light giving the entire apartment an open airy feel. Designed and equipped for the luxury traveler with special features like custom made king size mattress, Four Season's pillows and high quality linens. Individually controlled air conditioning and heat in every room.

MASTER BEDROOM: Decorated in contemporary urban design. The wooden floors and view of the terrace give it a cozy touch. There is a king-size bed with two night tables on the sides and an upholstered bench at the feet. It also has a small desk for those who have to work while on vacation.

SECOND BEDROOM: In the same style, with a king-size bed that can be separated into two twin beds. Two night-tables with lamps at the sides.

- BATHROOM: The same neutral-colored blend of materials: mosaic walls, wood and glass. The sink is fixed on a marble-top wooden piece of furniture. There is a comfy towel warmer.

- KITCHEN: All steel, it looks like the kitchen of a modern restaurant. Equipped with large cooker and fridge, it has a double basin. There is a small dining area on the side. Also, a laundry room equipped with a washing-drying machine and a toilet.

No pets are allowed in this apartment. Also, this is a non-smoking unit.
