This modern luxury house is located in the neighbourhood of Palermo Viejo, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the popular Palermo Soho district. With more than 3,500 sq. ft. (320 m²) of indoor living space and more than 1,600 sq. ft. (160 m²) of outdoor terraces — including a second-floor bar and lounge area with a retractable canopy — the house is a fabulous place for both relaxation and entertaining. The professionally decorated, contemporary interiors spare no expense to provide ultimate luxury, from state-of-the-art appliances and electronics to the most comfortable furniture and beautiful surfaces and fixtures.

Relax by the heated dipping pool on the roof or in the serene Zen garden in the courtyard. Enjoy gourmet dining in one of two fully equipped kitchens and dining rooms, and sample wonderful local wines in a specially designed wine-tasting area. Admire the home’s beautiful architecture, with a central atrium, open layout and beautiful city views. Stay in touch with colleagues from the comfort of a fully appointed office space. The large, two-storey living room features a fireplace as well as a view of the interior courtyard that features a working waterfall and bamboo watergarden. All three spacious bedrooms come with king-size beds containing luxury mattresses and en suite bathrooms. The master bedrooms’ en suite additionally offers beautiful views and a rain shower. The room has two extremely large closet areas, a 42-inch plasma TV and a separate seating area overlooking the courtyard. The other two bedrooms, aside from their own private baths and king-size beds, also have 32-inch LCD TVs, desk, spacious walk in closet and seating areas.

Relax and sunbathe by the lovely heated dipping pool on the rooftop terrace. An indoor BBQ area and dining room upstairs with full access to the pool area provide convenient access to refreshments. In the evening, look out over the city as you sip cocktails warmed by the firepot. Later, retreat to the home theatre room upstairs and enjoy a huge 55-inch plasma TV screen and surround sound.

-Second-floor terrace: set up as an outdoor bar, with gardens, stools at the bar and lounge seating.
-Main-floor terrace: a Zen water and bamboo garden with a working waterfall and pond.

2 full gourmet eat-in kitchens (seating for 8 in each kitchen) with high-end appliances including dishwasher and laundry:
-The main floor kitchen opens fully to the Zen garden terrace.
-The rooftop kitchen features a five-foot indoor BBQ and a rustic harvest table. It opens fully to the pool area.

Also, this is a non-smoking unit. Smokers are kindly requested to smoke outside on the terrace.
