This exclusive house boast three levels of gardens, a solar-heated pool, an outdoor kitchen and parrilla, and a beautiful terrace surrounded by plants of all kinds.

This unique house is within walking distance to hip fashion and design boutiques, restaurants, bars, craft fairs, and abundant street culture. There is a fresh, artistic atmosphere in the neighborhood, which makes it especially popular with young, sophisticated Argentines and foreign visitors.

The residence with 4 master bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 1 small studio, and 9 bathrooms. The house can be rented as a whole or as a 2 separate blocks of 3 or 4 rooms. You can enjoy a full-time housekeeper, and dedicated English-speaking concierge service.

Sofia & Romy’s room - 1 king size bed, 29.19 m2 plus 1.44 m2 wardrobe with private balcony
Bolaños room - 1 Queen size bed, 20.63 m2 with 6.66 m2 private balcony
Cortazar’s room – 2 double beds, 17.1 m2 with private balcony.

Rooms in the rear Section:
– 2 bedrooms plus studio:
Francis’s room – 1 king size bed, 26.68 m2 + 3.84 m2 wardrobe space
Ellie’s room - 1 king size bed (can be split into 2 beds), 29.44 m2.
Nieta’s studio - 20.9 m2 of workspace with fold-out single sofa bed

Rates per day.
The entire residence (6 rooms + 1 studio, max. 13 persons) $1600 USD.
The front section (4 rooms, maximum 8 persons) $1000 USD. 
The rear section (2 rooms, & 1 studio, max. 5 persons) $550 USD.
 
All above rooming options allow access to the common areas of the house. The breakfast is included in the daily room rate as is daily cleaning and concierge service. 

Published prices are final. You pay exactly what you see published plus an administrative fee of $35 USD.
