Beautiful residence, full of character, in Barrio Norte neighborhood for six people. Its classical decorative style conveys this house a different touch of distinction. It is located on a first floor (second floor in the US) which is accessed by stairs (there is no elevator). - LIVING ROOM: Walking up the stairs there is the living room with a comfortable two seat sofa and two cushioned armchairs. The decorative fireplace, the chandellier and the small details in the decoration make of this room a warm place to be.

- DINING ROOM: The large dining room has a table for six. It is very luminous thanks to its ample windows. Decoration of this room is noticeable due to its ornamented chandellier, refined crockery and different ceramic pieces exhibited in a beautiful glass door cabinet. A curious attraction could be the old radio transmitter.  From the dining room you have access to a smaller room where there is a piano and a sofa in yellow tones.

- DESK AREA: Walking out of the dining room there is a desk area. It is very luminous like all rooms in this house. An old typewriter is to be found on the desk fringed by a lovely bookcase packed with old books. There is ceiling fan in this room.

- MASTER BEDROOM: With two twin beds. Large closet and chest of drawers that follow the decorative style of the house. 21’’ TV.There is ceiling fan in this room.

- SECOND BEDROOM: With two twin beds, it also has a large closet. Table with two chairs in the room. There is ceiling fan in this room.

- BATHROOM: Decorated in white, the bathroom is complete with bathtub and shower. Hair dryer.

- THIRD BEDROOM: Accesed by going down a short flight of stairs from the patio. With two twin beds. Chest of drawers. In a corner of the room there are a shower and a sink. TV 21’’.

- KITCHEN: Complete with refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and tableware for six people. Iron. Vacuum cleaner.

- PATIO: With 50 sqm, the patio counts with a corridor and a more ample area where you will find a table for eight to enjoy the open air. The adjacent sink and the furniture style all follow the antique decorative style of the house.
