When guests exit their Palermo apartment they will find everything they need within walking distance; restaurants, cafes, corner stores, shops, plazas, and parks. Every weekend guests can take advantage of the local markets in Plaza Serrano and Plaza Armenia, the parks full of people enjoying the day, and the excellent nightlife. -BEDROOM: Spacious and bright bedroom, queen-size bed (1.60 x 1.90), two night tables and reading lamps, and a beautiful view of Buenos Aires. There is also a big closet for guest’ belongings. Includes: Air-conditioning (hot/cold).

-BATHROOM: Beautiful modern bathroom with bathtub/shower, plenty of counter space, large mirror, and storage. 

-KITCHEN: The kitchen is integrated into the living room and fully equipped with fridge (without freezer), microwave, electric toaster and tableware for 6 persons. The dining room is also located in the kitchen, gorgeous wooden bar with two bar stools. Includes: washing machine.
