This new apartment has just been remodeled, furnished and decorated beautifully, making perfect use of the limited space. A great highlight is the bright closed balcony with wooden deck and a small table to enjoy the sunny days.
It is located downtown, close to public transportation, the famous Florida Street, Plaza San Martin and lots of bars and restaurants. From here, all the other neighborhoods of Buenos Aires can easily be reached.
The Studio is on the sixth floor facing the street and offers several amenities as for example Wi-Fi Internet access, air conditioning and complementary maid service to make your stay even more comfortable.

-KITCHEN: integrated into the living area the small kitchen is equipped with fridge (with freezer), stove / oven, microwave, electric coffeemaker and complete tableware for 4 persons.

-SLEEPING AREA: equipped with a doble bed (1.40 x 1.90), night tables and reading lamps.

-BATHROOM: Modern style. Complete with bathtub and shower. Hairdryer.

-BALCONY: the balcony is facing the street and is decorated with a table and two chairs as well as several plants.
