This is a beautiful, very spacious one bedroom apartment flooded with light that has been recently remodelated and decorated with lots of style. Its location will allow you to easily reach the famous cemetery as well as all the other sights of Recoleta by foot. The close subway station (6 blocks) and several bus stops also provide you very easy access to the other neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. Close to the apartment you will find many shops, stores and a variety of restaurants and bars. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and offers great amenities for a comfortable stay such as two complete bathrooms, air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and in the bedroom, Highspeed internet access as well as complementary cleaning service. 

- LIVING AND DINING AREA: the bright living area offers a great open view through the big windows and has been decorated with two big white sofas, a white carpet, a beautiful ceiling lamp and a big LCD TV ("42). There are also two side tables as well as reading lamps. The spacious dining area has a round wooden table that can be folded to create more space while not in use. The big painting harmonizes with the wooden furniture and gives the living room a touch of color. The floors are tiled. Air conditioning (hot / cold).

- BEDROOM: the nice big windows also offer a nice open view and makes this room very bright and cheerful. It is decorated with a king size bed (1.80 x 1.90) that can be seperated into two twin beds, book shelves and a reading lamp as well as air conditioning (hot / cold). There is a spacious walk-in closet with lots of shelves and drawers and a big mirror that connects the bedroom to a small en suite bathroom. Wooden floors.

- ENSUITE BATHROOM: the ensuite bathroom has a shower (no bathtub), toilet, a transparent sink and it is decorated with a mirror and a nice picture. 

- SECOND BEDROOM / OFFICE: this small room can be separated from the living area by sliding doors and is equipped with a sofa bed that offers accomodation for a third person as well as a small desk so this area can be perfectly used as a working area. There is also a closet where the washing machine is placed.

- BATHROOM: the second bathroom has an original round window and a bathtub with shower. Toilet and sink. Hair dryer.

- KITCHEN: the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker and electric toaster. Complete tableware for six. There is a separate service entrance that leads into the kitchen.
