This beautiful studio apartment is located in the heart of Palermo, one of Buenos Aires’ greenest neighborhoods.  Just one block away, guests will find the famous Palermo parks, and about fifteen blocks away, the trendy shopping and dining area of Palermo Soho. It is also near the famous Palermo polo field, and the racecourse.

Guests will be able to find transportation here, including city buses, subway, and taxi’s, taking them to any part of the city they wish to visit.

This unit is on the 2nd floor. It is decorated with white wash walls, crème colors, and modern style. Whether there are one or two guests in this studio apartment , visitors will feel right at home and have access to everything they need during their stay in Buenos Aires.  
 
Near to the apartment is the sub-neighborhood of Palermo Soho, full of excellent restaurants, cafes, and bars, as well as shopping and weekend markets. Guests will be able to find transportation here, including city buses, subway, and taxi’s, taking them to any part of the city they wish to visit.

- LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM: The living room and bedroom are combined in this spacious modern studio, divided by a bookcase unit.  The living features a lovely beige sofa with coffee table and cable television. On the other side of the divide is the bedroom, complete with a king size bed, or two twin beds, and illuminated by the glass door to the balcony which overlooks the street below. The apartment has wooden floors throughout. Includes: Cable, internet, air-conditioning (hot / cold), and a safe box.

- BALCONY: Just off of the bedroom is a small balcony that overlooks the tree lined streets of Palermo, a perfect place to relax after exploring the city.

- KITCHEN: The cozy kitchen has everything that guests need, including a fridge, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric toaster, and tableware for 4. The kitchen also features a small bar where guests can sit and enjoy their morning breakfast or a evening meal after a day out in Buenos Aires.  

- BATHROOM: The newly refurbished bathroom is complete with shower and bathtub and room for storage. Includes: hair dryer.
