This is a very original, totally remodeled apartment in a national historical building more than a hundred years old. It is on one of Buenos Aires’ few pedestrianized streets. It has French style construction, with high ceilings, french windows and granite mosaic floors. It is very luminous, with the sun coming in from mid-morning until well past midday. The area has excellent access to public transportation and is surrounded by trendy bars and restaurants. It is located one block away from Florida street and the Galerías Pacífico shopping mall.
-LIVING AND DINING AREA: this is a really spacious room with two French windows and a chimney. The decoration is warm and rustic, with two sofas and an armchair and a coffee table. Between the windows there is a small desk with a chair. The dining area has a table and six chairs. There is a guests’ bathroom, without shower. Also, hot/cold air conditioning.
-BEDROOM EN SUITE: with windows and a french balcony. It has a Queen size bed (1.60 x 2.00) and ample closets. It is silent and private as the windows look to interior spaces where there are no neighbors. There is hot/cold air conditioning.
-MAIN BATHROOM: With bathtub and shower. The wooden window frames match the decoration which uses this material at its most.
-STUDY/SECOND BEDROOM: Please note that the access is through the main bedroom (there is not absolute privacy) and you need to climb a boarding ladder (wooden stair) made of cubic shapes to reach this special area which has a table with chair and full size bed. There is a French balcony and a bathroom with no shower. Big closet.
-KITCHEN: it is very modern and totally equipped.
-TOILETTES: two guest toilets. (No shower)
