It is only a couple of blocks away from the beautiful parks and gardens of Palermo and only 8 blocks from the popular Plaza Serrano in Palermo Soho that is famous for its bars, restaurants and the fleemarket that is held on the weekends. The subway station is only one and a half blocks away on Santa Fe Avenue, where you can also take various buses, so the access to the public transportation is excellent and the other neighborhoods like Recoleta and Puerto Madero can easily be reached.
This charming studio is situated in a brand new building, which offers great amenities such as a pool, sundeck, sauna, gym, recreation room, laundry room, BBQ, security 24 hours, garden and a computer room. -SLEEPING AREA: the sleeping area is decorated with a queen size bed (1.60 x 1.90) that can be separated into two twin beds (0.80 x 1.90). A big closet offers a lot of space. Wooden floors.
-KITCHEN: the kitchen is integrated into the living area and is fully equipped. There is a fridge with freezer, microwave, electric toaster, electric coffeemaker and complete tableware for 6 persons.
-BATHROOM: complete bathroom with bathtub. Modern style. Hairdryer.
